Schlam are currently advertising for an inhouse Recruitment / Mobilisation Administrator with previous experience.
**To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in the following**:
- Experience with Booking of Medicals
- Booking of Inductions and be familiar with site Induction requirements
- VEVO, License and Police checks
- Resume Formatting
- Compilation and maintenance of registers, spread sheets and reports.
- Providing efficient and effective day to day administration support.
- Adhering to the Quality Management System, by ensuring company compliance throughout all work activities. Adhering to the Safety Management System, by ensuring company and statutory compliance.
- Accurately compile and administer all process paperwork in line with requirements and time frames
- Assist with recruitment related queries
- Cert III in Business Admin or equivalent
- Current Valid Drivers License
**To be considered for this role you must have Previous Recruitment / Administrative experience within an engineering company or in a related resources company such as gas, oil or mining.**
- Strong admin skillset
- Efficient time management skills in this fast paced role
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people from a broad range of backgrounds
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
