In the role of a **Regulatory Affairs Manager Prudential**, you will join **the Regulatory Affairs team** that’s doubling down on winning together.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Lead the team managing NAB’s day-to-day relationship with the supervisory team at APRA.
- Provide advice, insight and guidance on regulatory issues and engagements, including onsite reviews, reporting, Executive meetings, and other ad-hoc updates.
- Provide periodic reports to Group Executives in relation to key matters arising through regulatory engagements, and contribution to Board reporting.
- Proactively manage the NAB Group regulatory engagements and commitments, including the use of GRACE to support NAB in meeting its regulatory commitments and obligations.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Several years of experience in Risk, Legal, Governance, Corporate Affairs, and/or Audit.
- Leadership experience in managing teams of specialists viewed favourably.
- Experience engaging with regulators or government agencies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience with the ability to liaise, engage and influence with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with analytical and thinking abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills.
