**About the role**

This is an new opportunity located in VIC. As the product support coordinator with a hint of Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible to provide service to customers by supporting Product Managers and Sales Specialists and you will ensure the company is compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements in the Australia market.

**Duties**
- Prepare quotations within agreed pricing guidelines
- Assist with completion of tender submissions
- Assist the sales team with pricing, lead qualification and customer enquiries
- Assist Product Managers with preparation of promotional materials / activities
- Assist with maintenance of supplier and customer price lists
- Organise despatch of demonstration stock
- Conduct chemical and equipment assessments
- Review and unblock orders
- Complete regulatory check on Account Applications
- Manage Safety Data Sheet Databases (SDS) - Chemwatch/Chemcall
- Prepare SDS coversheets and provide SDS as required
- All tracked substances are compliant
- Warehouse inventory recorded and within acceptable HSNO limits, SDS available
- Appropriate safety measures/emergency procedures in place
- Prepare and submit monthly reporting of tracked substances and drug pre-cursor sales

**Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years in customer service, product support or similar role in scientific industry
- Science Degree or similar
- Experience with management of hazardous materials and compliance with HSNO regulations
- Experience in identifying and managing tracked substances
- Advanced knowledge of chemical compounds
- General understanding of scientific laboratory operations
