My client is actively seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. This unique role will allow you to benefit from exposure to work and tasks across not only finance disciplines but also Manufacturing & Operation functions to drive operation and manufacturing performances, efficiencies and support decision-making for the senior stakeholders. You will play an important role in driving the cost reduction and business values of the business.

**Responsibilities within this role will include**:

- Business Partnering with Manufacturing Manager and Operations Teams
- Commercial support and recommendations in all aspects to business finance performance
- Help identify, quantify and drive cost reduction/business value
- Assist in the development of the strategic plans and rolling forecasting process including any ongoing budget realignment and presentations
- Continuous development of commercial pricing models, general systems, and compliance.
- Making and implementing recommendations and ideas to drive the cost reduction, business value and efficiencies of the business.
- Mentoring and guiding Cost Accountants

**Key requirements within the role include**:

- CA/CPA qualification with Finance or Accounting degree
- Able to demonstrate commercial acumen; ideally someone already in a financial/commercial analyst role already, looking for greater responsibility
- Able to demonstrate good examples of working with budgets, forecasts, and planning processes
- Someone who has worked for a medium/large business and has dealt with senior stakeholders and logistic teams
