**Technology Support Manager (Hybrid)**:
- Full time, Sydney, Australia_
The Technology Support Manager is responsible for leading and managing the technology support team to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology systems. This role involves overseeing day-to-day technology support operations, managing escalations, and ensuring that the support team meets service level agreements (SLAs). The Technology Support Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective technology environment, supporting both internal teams and external clients.
**As a Technology Support Manager, you will**
- Supervise support specialists according to overall company policy
- Train, coach, mentor, and develop staff to maximize potential and development opportunities
- Plan and implement global procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
- Provide day to day support for agent and client facing technologies
- Delegate work duties and responsibilities to staff and expect accountability and regular feedback
- Oversee and manage the provision and maintenance of technology products used by Australia
**About you**
- Experience in travel operations and GDS and/or agent-facing technology solutions
- Proven track record of leading a highly successful, multi-cultural support desk in a virtual environment
- Prior supervisory/managerial experience, principles and practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of profile, PNR structure, front-mid-back office systems, and front-mid-and back-office processes; including online systems and automation fulfillment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
