Colmed Group is hiring our new **Operations Manager**.

Our Operations Manager oversees all of the operations of the business, including management of our Operations Team consisting of 4 members. Ensures all of our bookings run smoothly, including initial enquiry, quoting, rostering and follow-up reporting. Ensures all of our staff uphold a high standard of customer service, attend all shifts with professionalism and are well and truly prepared for duty.

**Role/Responsibility**
- Main point of contact for the resolution of client and/or staff complaints
- Create and build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Seek new business opportunities as well as harness potential growth in existing clients
- Be familiar with relevant legislation including, but not limited to OHS/WHS, Labour Hire Licenses, First Aid Licence and Awards
- Represent the business to Medical Personnel and to existing and potential clients
- Participate in management reviews of the business
- Collaborate with HR regarding advertising, interviewing and appointment of staff
- Key Performance Indicators: Monthly / Yearly Revenue Target, Reducing Cost of Sales (where possible), GP Target, Leads, New Contract / Ad-Hoc Clients & Client Retention
- Sourcing best possible deals and value for equipment and/or suppliers

**Skills & Qualifications / Experience**

The role is typically suitable for a person holding a graduate degree (in any discipline) and/ or a minimum of 3 years management experience in operations/project management.

Demonstrated experience in any of the following:

- on-hire labour agency
- nursing agency
- gross profit margins
- first aid training
- first aid equipment and sales
- policy/procedure writing
- quality assurance management

**Salary**: $80-$120k (depending on experience)

Yearly Bonus: % of gross profit (approx $10k+)
