**Join Our Growing Team as a Supply Chain Administrator**

At **ActivTec Solutions**, we are a national leader in the maintenance and repair of medical and healthcare equipment, offering a fast-paced and rewarding environment. We are currently seeking **Expressions of Interest** for a driven and detail-oriented **Supply Chain Administrator** to join our team at Morningside. This full-time position will provide essential support to our supply chain operations, focusing on purchasing officer duties and ensuring smooth, efficient processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including creating purchase orders, updating ETAs, and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels as needed in MYOB.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies to meet demand while optimizing costs.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Warehouse, Parts Sourcing, and Customer Care to ensure orders are processed correctly and in line with customer needs.
- Follow up on delayed or incomplete orders, resolving issues with suppliers and escalating where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly around inventory control and procurement.
- Assist with ad-hoc supply chain tasks, including parts sourcing and managing logistics when required.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles (experience in medical equipment or healthcare industries is a plus).
- Proficiency in MYOB or similar supply chain management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining high accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
