At **ActivTec Solutions**, we are a national leader in the maintenance and repair of medical and healthcare equipment, offering a fast-paced and rewarding environment. We are currently seeking **Expressions of Interest** for detail-oriented and motivated **Warehouse Operatives** to join our team at Morningside. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain operations, with a focus on picking, packing, and receiving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and correct delivery to customers.
- Receive incoming stock, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update inventory records.
- Organise and maintain stock in an orderly fashion to optimise warehouse space and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and label shipments according to company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as the Parts Sourcing and Supply Chain teams, to meet customer demand.
- Track and manage stock levels, conducting regular stock takes and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures around safety, inventory control, and handling of goods.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including maintaining a clean and organised work area.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and fulfilling orders.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Physically capable of handling warehouse duties, including lifting and moving stock.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (experience with MYOB is a plus).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised warehouse.
