Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Inspire and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.- Operational Oversight: Handle day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.- Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.- Community Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with families and the local community.

About You:
- Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) and a current and valid Working With Children Check.- Experience: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of educators, ensuring optimal performance and staff retention.- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families, staff, regulatory bodies, and the broader community.- Passion: A genuine commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in a previous Service Manager, Centre Director, Centre Manager role, or similar.- Skills to address and resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise among staff or with families.- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.- Ability to utilize relevant software for management, communication, and reporting purposes.- A commitment to ongoing training and development to stay updated with sector changes and best practices.
