**We are looking for a Experienced FEMALE Disability Support Workers**

**Must have**:

- **Willing to do Active Overnight Shifts**:

- **have experience in working with participants with Complex Needs**:

- **Supports: Self-Care and Community Access**:

- **Good English Communication Skills**:

- **Must be able to do Personal Care**:

- **Manual Handling Required/Experience**:

- **Experience using Hoist**:

- **Own car and License**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to participants with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Understand and provide appropriate care to participants who demonstrate a wide range of challenging behaviours.
- Assisting with daily activities, community support, self-care, and empowerment
- Work in conjunction with the participant's care team when appropriate.
- Professional approach with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledgeable with disabilities.
- Autism,
- MS,
- Acquired brain injuries,
- Intellectual disabilities,
- Catheter Management/Handling.
