**Female Support Worker (Mental Health & High-Risk Care)**

Are you a passionate, energetic, and experienced support worker ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking a dedicated female support worker to join our growing team, providing high-quality support in mental health and high-risk care settings.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be working closely with individuals facing complex mental health challenges, supporting them to live safely, independently, and with dignity. This role involves hands-on care, emotional support, and proactive risk management, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

**✨ What We’re Looking For**:

- Female (for participant preference and care requirements)
- Young, energetic, and motivated
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in mental health and/or high-risk care
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle challenging situations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Check, and Working With Children Check
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Mental Health, or equivalent (preferred)

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
