Now we're looking for a Sales Support Officer who's sharp, proactive and ready to help us keep the wheels turning as we scale.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the glue that keeps our sales operation humming by making sure the right info lands in the right hands at the right time.

  • Keep brochures, price lists and marketing materials fresh and accessible
  • Prepare clean, accurate documents that help clients make confident decisions
  • Support contracts, amendments and file management from start to finish
  • Coordinate with developers, agents and finance teams to keep deals moving
  • Track key milestones and share timely updates with consultants and internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales admin – bonus points for construction or real estate
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A team-first mindset and up for a bit of banter
  • Hungry to learn, grow and take ownership of your work
