
Strategic Development Officer

We are a fast-growing organisation with many exciting projects in the pipeline. To ensure we continue to meet our community’s current and future needs, we are seeking a Strategic Development Officer to join our team.
Reporting to our Head of Strategic Development, Communications and Engagement, this role will work within the senior team to support the planning, management and reporting on multi-faceted projects.
This is a fundamental project coordination position, where you will work closely with a team of passionate professionals in a dynamic environment.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience in supporting project administration, monitoring, and reporting.
- High-level communication skills including interpersonal, written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills, to handle complex and sensitive issues.
- Highly developed research, analytical and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to think laterally and plan and prioritise work to achieve required outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and understand complex documentation and analytical reports and to be able to interpret and write in plain English, summary interpretations.
- Ability to gather, collate and analyse a variety of data along with well-developed digital literacy skills and the ability to adeptly use technology to facilitate service provision and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
