**About the Company**

Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to be responsible for the implementation and delivery of this company's rebranding requirements by working with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, align project stream leads and communicate / report on the changes to our people.

**About the role**

This key position will be responsible for:

- Leading a team of business analysts and engaging with enterprise working group
- Action required document and channel updates
- Supporting internal teams (BAU) through co-ordination and governance - allow for execution of changes within advised / negotiated capacity parameters
- Weekly working group meetings - setting goals on rolling fortnightly cycle
- Formal reporting and updating forecasts on fortnightly cycle
- Control and recording of work completed across the lifecycle (captured in Jira)
- Updates to Steering Committee as required

**About You**
- More than seven years' Delivery/Project management experience
- Adaptive and strategic mindset
- Effective communicator - written and verbal
- Critical thinking, validation and problem solving
- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration (internal / external)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Budget management
- Scheduling and time management
- Risk management
- People management and leadership experiences and decision making
