**Your new company**

A large multinational organisation based in Melbourne CBD requires a Service Delivery Manager for a 6-Month Contract with opportunities for extension commencing immediately. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and flexible working arrangements.

**Your new role**

In this exciting new role, you will be:

- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders domestically and internationally to manage service requests.
- Managing schedules for a team of technicians and handling escalations from customers.
- Establishing an IT delivery strategy, whilst also designing, implementing and executing an ITIL Service Management Framework for the company.
- Managing ad hoc reports as required
- Responsible for the compliance with event, incident, problem and change management processes
- Overseeing performance, suppliers and reviews

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in a Service Delivery / Service Coordinator role
- Excellent understanding of Network Connectivity (WAN/LAN, WLAN, Firewalls and VPNs)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and an ability to gather support for service management initiatives.
- Proven experience in workforce scheduling, planning and dispatch
- Demonstrated experience with budget planning along with product strategy and management
- Experience with product design
