This is a key position combining management responsibilities with front desk duties.

We specialize in providing high-quality care with a focus on skin cancer checks, treatments, and a range of cosmetic procedures. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Ensure that our staff are motivated, supported, and thriving in their roles.
- **Clinic Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring it is well-stocked, organized, and efficient.
- **Problem Solving**: Adapt quickly to challenges, providing solutions that keep our clinic running smoothly.
- **Reception Duties**: Manage the front desk with professionalism, including scheduling appointments, assisting patients, and handling inquiries.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both patients and staff.
- **Experience with Best Practice Software** is strongly desired.
- **Relevant experience** in a receptionist or practice management role is highly regarded.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
