Led by our values, we are committed to delivering positive and successful outcomes for our clients.Our Workers Compensation team is seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Manager to join us in one of our NSW offices. Their role is to provide excellent customer service and technical advice to our broad client base.
- **About the Role**

The Workers Compensation Manager boasts a varied, autonomous and rewarding role in our business. Responsible for delivering consultancy services to existing and new clients, the Workers Compensation Manager will effectively retain existing business, manage claims and return to work processes for clients, while developing premium reduction strategies for our clients.

This is a newly created position, testament to the work and reputation of our brand in the market. With a client first approach, our Workers Compensation Manager will be supported by a well structured team and strong leadership.

**About You**

You're an experienced Workers Compensation Consultant or Manager with thorough product knowledge, strong rapport building skills, and the drive to deliver key results both financial and non financial. You're a highly successful presenter and negotiator and know how to parter with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

You're a team player who is comfortable working autonomously but with accountability. You're keen to continue learning as a commitment to your ongoing professional development and you don't mind traveling from time to time.

With case management experience, sound understanding of premium drivers and a working knowledge of OH&S, and return to work principles and practice, you're ready to join our team
