**About the role**:
This is a perfect opportunity if you are looking to hone in on your skills and gain further experience in Casework - this role will provide you with training while gaining experience from within the Team.

Using a best-practice approach, you’ll work to achieve therapeutic outcomes, strengthen capabilities and drive meaningful change. You’ll provide compassionate, client-centred, and trauma-informed support to individuals and families navigating complex challenges.

Based at our Central Coast Family Centre in Tuggerah, you will be required to travel across the Central Coast visiting clients and their families in their homes and in the community. This is a permanent part-time position, working 4 days a week.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Diploma or Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or Social Sciences (or equivalent qualification).
- Some experience in case management would be highly regarded or willingness to learn.
- A working background in mental health, homelessness, domestic and family violence or family preservation.
- Experience in networking and advocacy skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Be flexible with work hours and travel to other work sites, as required.
- A NSW Driver's Licence and an insured vehicle.
