We are advertising on behalf of our client "Woden Community Service" Location: ACT **Salary**: $75,000~$85,000 + 11% Super Our Client, Woden Community Service is looking for a Full Time Coordinator/ Group Leader to join their team. Your duties might include by not limited to: - Leading and managing staff - Ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs - Maintaining positive relaltionship with families, schools and the wider community - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures - Work collaboratively with Service Manager and other leadership staff to achieve the goals and objectices of the service - Provide a supportive and inclusive environment for families, including children with additional needs - Actively participate in staff/team meetings, organisational activities and various community events - Ensuring workplace safety are being followed at all times - Supervising students on placement - Ensuring that records are maintained accurately for each child in their car To be considered for this role, you must have: - Relevant Qualification - Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in similar industry, including demonstrated use of the MyTime, Our Place Frameowkr and The Early Years Learning Framework - Current First aid Certificate in an education and care setting - Highly effective interpersonal, leadership and people management skills - Demonstrate understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person
