**Diploma Group Leaders - (SC 494 Visa Employer Sponsorship Available)**

**The Falcam Family** are currently looking for an enthusiastic, caring and reliable Diploma Qualified (Early Childhood Education and Care) Group Leaders, for our centre located in **Yass, New South Wales**.

**Location**:
Your duties will include but not be limited to ;
- Leading, guiding and supporting a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care;
- Planning, implementing and evaluating programs for children that align with our values and policies.
- Developing strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues, children, parents and families.
- Implementing and always upholding the policies and associated procedures and practices of the organisation.
- Working in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law and applicable regulations and the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Hold a current Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) approved diploma level (or higher) early childhood education and care qualification.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate - Child Care approved (HLTAID012 or HLTAID004) including current CPR certificate.
- Cleared New South Wales Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
- Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Provide two recent work-based references.
- 494 Visa applicants **MUST HAVE** a minimum of 3 years full time employment experience (or equivalent) as a childcare Group Leader delivering education and care to the 0-6 year old age group, or similar role
- 494 Visa applicants **MUST HAVE **an ACECQA Migration Skills Assessment - or be willing to attain one
- 494 Visa applicants **MUST HAVE** Competent English Skills, meeting minimum standards of an IELTS band score of at least 6.0 in all four test components - note some nationalities are exempt IELTS testing.
- Australian Citizenship or Visa Eligibility, if required.

Pay: $35.50 - $39.00 per hour
