Jacobs is in the market for a passionate Change Manager who will be responsible for guiding and working as part of a project team to provide organisational change management services to clients across various sectors and projects, which will include transformational projects and programs centering on organisation and digital change. **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - Hands on change management including preparation of strategies, plans, risk analysis, communications, and readiness, needs and impact assessments for change project and / or initiatives. - Must have strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design and facilitate workshops and other stakeholder engagement forums. - Management of time, cost, budget and scope change management. - Supports and / or leads the preparation of bid proposals for prospective works. **Jacobs.
