Oz Labour solutions are a specialised Civil recruitment company, working with industry leaders on major infrastructure and construction projects. We partner with major civil contractors throughout NSW and are seeking experienced civil supervisors.

The individual must have a proven track record with the experience to lead a site team. Experience managing civil works within the infrastructure and/or construction sector valued from $2m to $20m, complimented with sound knowledge of WHS, environment and quality standards.

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following Competencies:

- Site and people management
- Construction management
- Subcontractor management (including pipe & crane crews, concreters)
- Aptitude both in written and verbal form
- Problem solving - deductive reasoning & analytical thinking
- Develop and execute project program and planning
- Detailed understanding of drawings and technical specifications
- Competence in the use of survey equipment (i.e. Laser levels)

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

- Civil construction exposure
- High Risk Work licence - WP, DG, LF (Desirable)
- Excavator VOC (Desirable)
- Hold a valid drivers licence (HR Desirable)

**Salary**: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia (required)
