**About you**
- Certificate IV in Human Resource Management, relevant qualification or practical experience on the job.
- Your experience in effective talent acquisition, onboarding, human resource projects and administration, performance planning and management and policy development.
- A proficiency in using Human Resource information systems and an ability to complete data entry, reports, advertisements and employment contracts with a high level of accuracy.
- Your demonstrated ability to interpret, analyse and advise on the _Local Government State Award 2023_, industrial relations legislation and Council’s HR policies.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines, complete accurate record keeping and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Your demonstrated capacity to work harmoniously and constructively within a team environment and work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions.
- Your demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer service and an ability to work collaboratively with managers, utilising effective communication and influencing skills (both oral and written).
