**The Role**:
In this role, you will join a high-performing individual who sets the bar high. We expect nothing less than 100% commitment, expertise, dedication, and results. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting Open Homes: Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide exceptional customer service during property viewings.
- Handling Buyer Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Managing the Database: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, prospects, and properties.
- Property Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and other relevant information to assist with client interactions.
- Negotiating with Buyers: Utilise your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to secure successful outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
- Assisting with Auctions: Provide support during auction processes, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Phone Prospecting: Proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and generate leads for the agency.
- Building and Pest Inspections: Coordinate and manage the necessary inspections to ensure property compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and promote properties effectively.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- Current VIC Certificate of Registration
- Driver's License
- Previous Real Estate Experience
- Passion for Real Estate
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Outstanding Organization and Time Management
- Ability to Deliver High-End Customer Service
- Immaculate Presentation
