We're looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our friendly, professional team at Bendigo Real Estate.
At Bendigo Real Estate, we're proud of our collaborative culture — a large, supportive team that celebrates success together and genuinely enjoys what we do. You'll be surrounded by colleagues who share knowledge, offer help, and work together to achieve outstanding results for our clients. We value hard work, integrity, and a sense of fun along the way.
You'll receive in-house training and ongoing professional development, ensuring you're always supported to perform at your best. With clear opportunities for growth, you'll have the chance to develop your career within one of Bendigo's most respected independent agencies.
The Role
You'll enjoy the independence to manage your own portfolio while being backed by a supportive and experienced team. We're seeking a positive, genuine individual who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own portfolio with professionalism and care
- Providing high-quality service to both rental providers and renters
- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Preparing rental appraisals and presenting tenancy applications
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and rent reviews
- Managing arrears and lease renewals to maximise client returns
- Representing rental providers at VCAT as required
The Benefits
- Competitive salary package including applicable allowances, bonuses, and career progression opportunities
- Monday to Friday position
- Rostered day off (RDO) provided following after-hours urgent repairs duty
- Modern, open-plan office in a central Bendigo location close to cafés, gyms, and parklands
- Access to leading technology
- Be part of a well-established local business with strong community connections and a supportive leadership team
About You
You're an organised, enthusiastic professional who values teamwork and client care. You'll bring:
- A passion for property management and helping people
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Police Check, Driver's Licence, and reliable vehicle
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism
If you're looking to join a supportive, community-focused team that values your contribution and helps you thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
