Abstract builds homes that will leave a lasting legacy in Victoria for generations to come. From the first site visit to the finishing touches, we’ve got the future in mind—creating homes that will serve our homeowners today and decades down the line. For us, building and selling homes is more than a transaction. We do it all for that feeling—the moment you open the door for the first time and know, deep down, that you’re home.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and working in close collaboration with the Sales Team, the Sales Associate plays an integral role in delivering an exceptional home buying experience through Abstract’s award-winning Presentation Centres. A natural relationship builder with a passion for real estate, the Sales Associate supports their Sales Manager in achieving sales targets through strategic prospecting, thoughtful follow-up, and strong closing support. - Maintain high standards of professionalism in the Presentation Center and display suites at all times with regards to the presentation of marketing materials and signage, overall cleanliness, and organization
- Assist your Project Sales Manager by completing all required paperwork and reports accurately and on time, and ensuring the CRM database and customer files are kept up to date
- Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss market conditions, closing strategies, traffic, current customers, and future prospects
- Organize and participate in sales events, presentations, and seminars to support the promotion of Abstract’s communities; hold open houses, virtual live events, and providing floor plan demonstrations as required
- Collaborate with homeowner care and construction teams as needed to ensure a seamless home delivery for clients
- Monitor industry competition, following current developments and provide feedback as necessary
- Participate in sales training initiatives, as required, to continue to improve and grow in your career
- Uphold the values in all aspects of daily work
