This is an entry level real estate role for someone wishing to get in on the ground floor and learn from some of the best in the business and work your way through to a becoming a professional real estate agent. Alternatively, you may be simply looking for a position in a business that allows flexible working hours, good pay, high bonus structures and a super fun place to work.

**WHAT’S INVOLVED**

This role requires you to be a telephone expert, don’t worry if you have not done it before, we provide full training so previous experience is not a must. We have a strong data base of past and future clients, and we need your help to reach out and see if we may be of service to them. Some good computer skills are important but most of all, you must love talking to people. We need you to help find people who are thinking of selling or who may need the services of an estate agent and simply pass these leads on to your teammates.

**THE REMUNERATION**

We are offering a base salary and a generous bonus structure, the details of which appear below.

**Hours** 20 hours per week

**Base Salary** $20,000 per annum

**Bonus Structure** $50.00 per appointment made

$500.00 per sale generated from appointments made

$250.00 per rental management achieved
