**ROLE**

Our office at Ettalong Beach is growing and seeking a strong, customer-focused individual to manage the leasing of our clients’ investment properties.

**Your primary responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and conducting rental inspections
- Handling lease documentation
- Providing responsive tenant and landlord support
- Assisting with the marketing of for lease properties
- Promoting available listings via property portals and local marketing channels
- Provide support to the property management team
- Manage data within multiple CRM systems
- 5 Days per week, including Saturdays

**SKILLS**
- NSW real estate certificate or license
- Drivers licence
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills

- Organisational fluency, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Have strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with excellent literacy
- Have a positive “can do” attitude
- Are enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated
