The Role
We are searching for an inspirational leader to match the great energy of our Bondi Beach team. The office culture is friendly, supportive and flexible with the ideal leader being someone who can motivate and drive our team's performance to new heights.
As Office Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running's of the Bondi office. As a leader, you will assist Little Real Estate to meet business objectives by maintaining a consistent focus on the coaching and development of team members. Through being your bringing your unique leadership style to the team, you will also foster a culture of service excellence and drive continuous improved results.
Demonstrating our values by establishing strong relationships with your team, you will provide structured coaching plans to the Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, Front of House Coordinator & Routine Inspection teams. Demonstrating LRE values at all times, the Office Manager will engage with internal and external stakeholders.
A Day In The Life
In this role you will work in a collaborative state team supported by the Regional Manager.
With a focus on outcomes, we are looking for a fun, hardworking and ambitious individual to do the following:
Responsible for the day to day running of the Bondi Beach office.
Assist LRE in meet its business objectives, by maintaining a consistent focus on the coaching and development of team members.
Provide leadership and a structured coaching plan to the Property Managers, Leasing Consultants and Front of House.
Demonstrate LRE values at all times.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders
Implement stratgies for growth and retention

You must have previous experience in a similar leadership role and a great track record of relationship management and customer service. You will also have;
The ability and confidence to take initiative and responsibility of an established team
Proven leadership experience in managing a team
You will hold a current Certificate of Registration
Excellent written and verbal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to constant change
Strong IT and administration skills
Desire to be in office and work with a close-knit team
A current driver’s licence and your own car
