**About the role**:
As the Department Manager, you will overlook a team in support of the Store Manager. You will be responsible for achieving the Sales & Profit goals of your department, and create a plan to deliver a great customer experience in line with the expectations of the business. You will contribute to the success of the business by being results driven, business minded, a team player and be a brand ambassador.
