**Role Overview**:
As a Barista, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences at Adelaide Marriott. Your passion for crafting high-quality beverages, combined with your dedication to five-star service, will ensure a memorable experience for every guest. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, showcasing your skills in preparing specialty coffees, teas and other beverages while maintain the brand standards of the hotel. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Strong Team work to lead your section during busy period and supports team efforts ensuring smooth operations
- Craft and serve high-quality specialty coffees, teas and other beverages in accordance with brand standards and guest preferences
- Provide warm, friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Anticipate and address guest needs, offering personalized recommendations and maintain a focus on guests satisfaction
- Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a barista
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
- Awareness of the current coffee industry trends and a willingness to innovate and learn
- Flexibility to work across various shifts. Be available to work over a 7-day rotating roster which will include working early starts, public holidays, and weekends
- Must hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol
