We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee offering and bring great vibes to our weekday crew This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves coffee, people, and fast-paced service. What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in a fast-paced coffee environment
  • Confident managing 10–15kg of coffee per day
  • Skilled at dialing in and adjusting grind for consistency
  • A genuine love for people – friendly, engaging, and great with regulars
  • Able to lead by example and keep calm under pressure
  • Punctual, professional, and passionate about great coffee and great service
  • Australian working rights

Your Role:

  • Running the machine with speed, precision, and care
  • Keeping coffee standards high throughout the day
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer
  • Supporting and mentoring junior baristas
  • Keeping the coffee station clean, organized, and fully stocked (including ordering)
