To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a
**Control Room Lead** to join our team.

**The Role**

**Reporting to the Operations Manager Surat**, the purpose of this role is to lead a team of Control Room Operators and responsible for the Central Control Room; controlling CSG wells, gas and water gathering networks, gas processing, compression, transmission pipelines and water treatment facilities in the Surat Basin.

Driving integration with our field operations, production optimisation and energy trading teams is key.

This is a
**Brisbane based position** and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

**In addition you will**:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Manage Control Room Operations including; team management, achieving daily production targets, production upset and emergency event management.
- Drive integration of Control Room Operations with field operations, commissioning, production optimisation and Energy Markets.
- Define, develop, and implement Control Room standards, such as Operator Competency, procedures and manuals, shift tasks and daily routines.
- Drive continuous improvement of integrated Arrow Operations, ensuring learning through ‘5 Whys’ and after-action reviews to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Steward Control Room technical improvement initiatives, including: SGP PAS, AOC Working Group and MoC driven programs to ensure they deliver tangible benefit to Control Room Operations.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be considered for this role, you will ideally have**:

- Extensive experience in the operation of complex continuous process plants
- Proven experience in central control room operations
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- PMA08 Process Plant Operations Certificate III or IV or Diploma (Engineering)
- TAFE Training and Assessment Certificate IV
- NWP30219 Certificate III or higher in Water Industry Operations would be highly regarded
