**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Wilson Security continues to expand through Brisbane with recently being awarded additional contracts further supplementing the already large footprint in the Central Business District.

We are looking for an experienced
**Control Room Supervisor**

**Monday-Friday role - day shifts.**

- Excellent Salary on offer
- CBD based
- Monday - Friday
- Some weekend & night work during peak periods or major events
- 5 years experience in a Security Supervisor or Manager position
- Control Room experience desired
- Role will include overseeing day to day operations of the control room including rostering and communication with the clients and other key stakeholders
- Complete a typed Weekly Report encompassing team performance and reporting statistics
- Training of staff
- Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures Documents.

**The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to**:

- Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Providing support to tenants and Facilities
- Responding to emergency situations
- Contractor management duties
- Detect signs of a security breach or unusual situations that require immediate attention
- Respond to critical incidents and prepare well-written detailed reports
- Monitor and respond to internal and external alarms

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must provide the following:

- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
- Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
- Valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
