**The Opportunity**

The P&C Business Partner will report into the General Manager and form part of our Victorian Leadership Team, with a supportive team of 3 Direct Reports (P&C Advisor, P&C Coordinator and P&C Administrator). You will work to balance the people and commercial landscapes to achieve business outcomes and results. You will engage with leaders, provide expert advice and support and drive transformation initiatives that support the business and people strategies.

The role offers a high level of autonomy and oversees the Victorian HR function spanning across both a blue and white collar workforce of 250 strong.

As a people focused, results oriented leader you will strive to meet the key functions of the role:

- Drive Talent Acquisition strategies across the group to achieve required staffing levels
- Upskill People Leaders to ensure they are fully empowered to lead their team members across the employee lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support across ER/IR Issues
- Provide support to leaders relating to performance management frameworks and processes for succession planning and individual development
- Driving a values aligned culture and encouraging continuous feedback
- Driving annual eNPS (Employee Engagement) Survey - devising action plans and working with various stakeholders for implementation of initiatives
- Support the P&C team in the execution of the P&C National Strategy and relevant projects
- Analysis of monthly HR Metrics for improvement areas

**About You**

You bring the energy, know how to enjoy yourself, but are also professional in your approach. We pride ourselves on our culture, and are looking for the right individual to seamlessly fit into our Victorian team.

You are flexible and adaptable and demonstrate previous experience in a BP role. Ideally you will have also had some blue collar experience (but, if not, we still encourage you to apply)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Strong understanding of strategic role of HR in the business and demonstrated capacity to align actions with the bigger picture
- Ability to influence, negotiate and build strong relationships
- Experiences across awards, policies and practices
- Ability to prioritise both short and long term plans
- Resilient multi tasker who can live our values and thrive in a dynamic, agile workplace
