**Office/Service Support**

An opportunity currently exists for an Office/Service Support individual to join our small passionate team, Avenir Future Design manufactures quality bathroom accessories and heated towel rails.

Located in Mt Kuring-gai in a newly set up Warehouse, functionally laid out and with breath taking views.

The successful applicant must be fluent in English and possess excellent telephone and communication skills. Computer literacy skills are essential for this role.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Customer service via telephone communication
- Preparing sales orders & invoices
- Production & delivery scheduling
- Stock recording
- General admin & office tasks
- Technical skills beneficial but not required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must have full Australian working rights

**Salary**

Commensurate with experience
