Full-Time Salary Position
- $55,000 - $65,000 + Superannuation

An exciting and challenging opportunity is now available for a Facilities and Asset Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this position is responsible for the planning and implementation of asset management and maintenance, cleaning contracts, liquid waste removal, vehicle fleet services and signage across all company facilities.

The Facilities Manager operates with a high level of autonomy and is expected to display significant initiative, sound judgement, and reliable leadership and management in carrying out the requirements of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the engagement of contractors in accordance with company policy to undertake facilities related works.
- Implement and monitor programs which ensure full compliance by the company with all relevant State and Commonwealth legislative requirements.
- Ensure all facilities meet maintenance requirements and are OH&S compliant.
- Ensure that policy development and the implementation of procedures is consultative, timely and promotes a clear understanding of company processes.
- Proactively lead and implement OH&S policy, procedures and processes throughout the company and team ensuring accountability, performance, knowledge and responsibilities are upheld.
- Ensure all asset management systems are maintained and all relevant maintenance and repairs are completed in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.

Skills and Experience:

- Business Diploma and/or 3 years relevant work experience.
- Experience in coordinating the delivery of commercial cleaning projects including client management and contractor coordination
- Excellent customer services and sound oral and written communication skills
- Experience with the management of employees and subcontractors
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Additional Information:

- This position will require travel to other facilities across the Gold Coast & Brisbane and flexible work hours.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
