A well-established provider of commercial cleaning and facility services is seeking an
Area Manager
to oversee a portfolio of high-rise office towers in Brisbane's CBD.

This role is ideal for a proven leader with experience managing operations across multiple sites, strong client management skills, and a passion for safety and sustainability.

What you'll be doing

As an Area Manager, you'll:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate site supervisors and frontline cleaning staff
  • Ensure service standards and client contracts are delivered seamlessly across multiple sites
  • Drive a culture of
    safety, quality, and sustainability
    in day-to-day operations
  • Manage budgets, rosters, procurement, and resources efficiently
  • Build strong client relationships, promptly resolving issues and exceeding expectations
  • Deliver operational improvements through inspections, data, and continuous feedback

What we're looking for

You'll bring:

  • Strong experience in facilities or cleaning services, ideally across
    large or multi-site operations
  • Leadership skills to guide supervisors and motivate diverse teams
  • A sharp understanding of
    WHS compliance and ESG standards
  • Client relationship management experience – building trust, solving issues, exceeding expectations
  • Confidence with reporting, budgets, and operational improvement
