**The Role**
The Strategic and International Policy Officer is responsible under broad direction for managing engagement activities with international stakeholders.

This includes:

- Capability management board (CMB);
- INDOPACOM;
- JSJ7 engagement;
- Emerging exercise partners;
- Coordination of international engagement for JCT;
- NATO Working Group;
- Assist with FMS Administration;
- Support governance functions of the Directorate;
- Providing support as required to the Directorate Management and ‘Development & Architecture’ areas.

**About our Team**
The J78 JCT Capability and Interoperability directorate is responsible to support the Joint Collective Training Branch through the provision of accurate, timely and effective advice and services regarding simulation architecture, development, international engagement and governance.
- Previous Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience is required;
- Strong international liaison and stakeholder engagement skills; and
- International Studies, Law, or Commercial qualifications would be an advantage.
