**About the role**

The People Systems & Reporting team is currently seeking expressions of interest for a Team Leader to lead and manage the People Services Administrator team. In the role you will provide a high-level of general administration and customer service, acting as first point of escalation for team member queries. Additionally, you will provide system support and knowledge transfer in line with process improvements.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide efficient and accurate administration support for all employee information management, including separations, employee movements, leave and global mobility activities assigned to the team
- Prepare and issue all employment agreements and amendments for a variety of contractual arrangements up to and including General Manager level
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee information, including establishing ongoing auditing systems
- Manage and lead the performance of the team through agreeing accountabilities and standards of performance, monitoring and assessing performance, ensuring adequate training for team members, sharing knowledge and providing regular feedback and opportunities for development
- Identify and recommend continuous business process improvements
- Provide expertise support for key activities in the people lifecycle
- Coordinate the process for bulk uploads into the system for any large volume of changes coming through from People Partnerships

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or HR
- Experience (3-5 years) in HR Technology knowledge, in a large complex organisation, including functionality and frameworks
- Understanding of Australian workplace legislation as it relates to employment agreements and employee movements
- Advanced knowledge of Computer skills (Word/Excel/MS Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Highly developed competency with HR Systems, particularly SAP is advantageous
- Ability to think strategically, across a multi-year timeframe to ensure long-term objectives and planning are achieved
- Demonstrated ability to manage and build strong, credible relationships and influence outcomes that add value
- Demonstrated ability to manage high workloads and conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and high attention to detail
