**The Opportunity**

Lotus People are thrilled to bring to market this newly created opportunity within our fast growing and highly regarded recruitment agency. Tripling in size in the last 18 months, we have met the demands of the market whilst building strong training, development and progression strategies to support this growth.

**The Role**

This newly created role will see you reporting directly into our General Manager and leading a team of four high performers. As a member of our leadership group, you will also be mentored by our Director and Co-founder, who is currently SEEK’s Recruitment Leader of the Year.

This is a billing Team Leader position which will see you have a dual focus in leading our permanent Business Support team, whilst driving your own client relationships and billings within professional services roles within the Education and Healthcare sectors. This desk has been one of the cornerstones of our success since the inception of the business, and continues to be one of our most profitable desks to this day.

With huge progression opportunities in a business which is passionate about growth and development internally, this is an opportunity for an emotionally intelligent, values based leader who is passionate about people experience.

**The Duties**
- Managing and leading a team of four and utilising learning budget and training programs to develop, grow and mentor your team
- Running a desk with sourcing support by an associate consultant
- Working closely with General Manager to build strategy for your team
- Leverage Lotus People’s market leading tech stack to drive efficiencies and process improvements across the team
- Generate business for your division and wider business through targeted, strategic and consistent business development and client acquisition initiatives and activities
- Negotiate commercial terms of business and act as escalation point for consultants regarding client communications

- Experienced within agency recruitment and leadership
- Values based and collaborative in their style
- Passionate about mentoring and developing staff
- Emotionally intelligent, self aware and focussed on personal and professional growth
- Driven and goal oriented
