**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Customer Service Workflow Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients and visitors at reception and the colour selection process, as well as the new home process to Domaine NSW clients.

The role also involves taking the clients through the colour selection process, selecting an external and internal colour scheme based on pre-determined colours boards.

Utilising your customer service skills you will play an important role in the process of the clients home building journey.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful you will have experience in delivering high-level customer service.

Exceptional presentation, communication & administration skills to be an integral part of the colour selections process and customer experience. An ability to build strong working relationships with your clients.
