**About our Opportunity**
As part of our continued commitment to providing excellent customer service, we have an immediate opportunity for a **Showroom Receptionist** in our onsite Showroom at our Regency Park manufacturing facility working closing with a dedicated Showroom Consultant. In this customer-facing role, you will be the face of the business and the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom and phone enquiries. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, listening to their enquiries and then engaging the appropriate member of our sales or customer service teams best placed to support them.
This is a permanent, full time role and in order to meet the needs of our customers, the hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
In addition, you’ll:
- data entry and general administration assistance to the sales team including scheduling appointments, preparing documents and presentations and managing correspondence
- process sales orders and send confirmations
- ensure showroom is neat and presentable at all times
**About You**
We’re looking for a someone who is motivated and self-driven with a "can-do” attitude. The successful person will need to have prior receptionist experience with face-to-face customer service. Your communication, people and relationship skills and your commitment to providing outstanding customer service will be key in ensuring your success in this position.
You also need:
- confidence in talking to a wide variety of customers
- previous experience with a CRM (ideal but not essential) Salesforce - or the ability to learn
