This is an exciting opportunity for a results-focused sales professional who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and advice in a high-end retail environment. Join our already successful team and be part of the new face of Australia's leading tile group.

As a member of the Beaumont Tiles Keilor Park team, you will be part of our sales team dealing with the general public as well as interior designers, architects and builders. You will be involved with selection consultations and previews while maintaining the showroom space's look and feel. You will engage our customers with enthusiasm and always maintain an impeccable sense of professionalism and style.

**The Person**

The challenge for you is to bring positivity and energy to the team, be motivated to succeed and constantly develop your industry knowledge so that you are a true expert in your field.

Your infectious passion for sales and service will naturally generate demand, interest and excitement for Beaumont’s customers and inspire them with an outstanding “experience” every time.

Requirements for the role:

- Experience in retail sales and or related industry experience
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Merchandising and colour/design experience
- Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
- Good rapport-building and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technology savvy and administrative skills
