**Immediate start**

We are currently looking for experienced COMPLEX and Medical Support Workers to assist with multiple clients on the Sunshine Coast.

Must have experience with supporting Mental Health clients. Experienced in working with volatile and aggressive behaviours such as verbal & physical aggression as well as property damage, Severe Self Harming, Schizophrenia, Dementia, ASD, ABI & Personality Disorder would also be ideal. A background in security or corrections is preferred.

Experience working with behaviour support plans is highly desirable.

**What you'll do**:
✔ Complete all tasks relevant to support work including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance and client transport
✔ Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible
✔ Provide direct support in a 1:1 & 2:1 capacity in accordance with the individual's care plan & PBSP
✔ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports
✔ Follow company policies and procedures

**✨Requirements✨**:

- Valid Driver's Licence
- Access to a **comprehensive insured** car with 5 seats
- NDIS Module - Quality, Safety & You
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.**:

- MUST** be available to work a **minimum** of 4 days per week on an ongoing basis within the following time frames**:6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 2pm-6am (sleepover), 10pm-6am awake/active shift**.
