**About Us**

The Co-Group is a growing charitable, not-for-profit (NFP) organisation which offers opportunities for support workers to provide care for clients that include in-home support, group homes, and day centres in the disability and aged care industry. The Co-Group employs a multicultural and diverse workforce including visa holders. We are currently looking for individuals with extensive experience working with Mental Health and Positive Behaviour Support plans. Our clients are currently serviced in a 2:1 or 1:1 environment with both longer and shorter shifts to provide you with flexibility in your work life balance.

**Your Skills and Experience**

To be successful in the role, you will require the following and must be willing to provide copies.
- Extensive Mental Health or Positive Behaviour Support experience
- Previous experience working as a support worker
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
