The Constance Hotel in Fortitude Valley is a truly unique street-art inspired property, ideally located to capture guests from the emerging corporate precinct while maintaining its reputation for those seeking the arts, entertainment and restaurant culture the Valley is famous for. The property comprises of 65 rooms by world-class street artists, a rooftop bar, restaurant and a ground -floor function space.

**You will**:

- Drive exceptional financial results through strong cost control, revenue management and a focus on top-line growth
- Lead and Inspire teams to achieve superior results in a boutique environment
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in an experienced led boutique hotel
- Build and develop leaders through hands-on management, coaching and mentoring
