**What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day**

Reporting into our Cellar Operations Manager, our Cellar Manager role forms an integral part of our company culture and business success.
- The responsibilities include: _
- Manage all walk in, phone enquiries and potential customer leads provided by the Cellar Operations Manager, General Manager - Wine or Senior Management Team
- Record and confirm all collection and delivery appointments with managed cellarage customers as required.
- Monitor and report on occupancy levels of the Centre’s wine vaults and managed cellarage (including commercial logistics storage) as well undertaking fortnightly inventory reports (including boxes, packaging goods and locks) to ensure stock levels are both accurate and adequate.
- Monitor and record the temperature and humidity levels of the Centre on a daily basis and report any unusual variances to the Cellar Operations Manager.
- Complete inspections of wine vaults after the customers have moved out for any damage so that any bonds can be released.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you:

- Are experienced in warehouse operations and/or a pick/pack environment.
- Possess management experience.
- Experience /Knowledge with Wine (desirable).
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential, as long as you're open to learning how to drive a forklift.
- Have a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- Have a driver’s license and car (required).
- Have strong administration skills.
