**About the role**

Join us as a National Lottery Digital Marketing Specialist and become a vital player in our mission to boost revenue for the re-launched RSPCA Lottery brand Reporting directly to the National Lottery Manager, you'll spearhead the development of dynamic digital marketing campaigns. Your expertise will be pivotal in maximizing support from external marketing agencies. This role isn't just about a job—it's about making a meaningful impact. - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lottery sales and engagement.
- Integrate digital initiatives with overall marketing plans, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Manage external media and creative agencies effectively.
- Create and manage SEO-optimized content for digital platforms.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and external agencies.
- Enhance customer engagement and retention through digital strategies.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Utilise digital analytics tools to track website traffic and campaign performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance.
- Manage digital marketing budget efficiently to achieve objectives.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field **is preferred, not essential.**:

- Proven digital marketing experience, ideally in gaming, lottery, or FMCG.
- Proficient in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management abilities.
- Effective management of external media and creative agencies demonstrated.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in animal welfare and the objectives of RSPCA.
- Initiative and the ability to work productively and proactively in both a team and solitary environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 38 hours per week, across a Monday - Friday roster. Remuneration is commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.
