**Job Description**:
Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist with a passion for leadership? We are expanding the scope of our multidisciplinary team in the south western suburbs of Sydney. You may be an experienced leader, or you may be someone looking to take that next step towards a fulfilling leadership role.

- Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to team members
- Run monthly peer group supervision sessions
- Deliver much needed speech pathology services to participants in the community
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments, and interpret findings, to formulate treatment goals

**Qualifications**:
To be considered suitable you will have:

- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Considerable experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
- Experience in providing training and clinical supervision to other Speech Pathologists
- Passion for being a leader in your field and delivering quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
